- “How do you stop overthinking?” – Step 1: Realize in fact, you are an overthinker. Easier said than done.
- Positives – The power of positive thinking. Does it work?
- “Practice self-care” – This phrase, we hear all too often these days. But taking care of oneself is paramount. Also, easier said than done.
- “Let go of the past” – Who struggles with this? Countless experiences from our past have shaped who we are today. Can we really let go? In short, yes, but it takes work.
- “Reflect” – I’m guilty of not doing enough of this. I have a journal; I need to start utilizing it. Thank you, Cierra, for reminding us just how beneficial journaling can be.
