Plant-Based Eating

I’ve had a ton of people reach out to me over the past few months asking about why I eliminated animal products from my diet.

Truth – I have consumed animal products 3-4 times over the past three months.

I am not opposed to eating meat, cheese, eggs etc.

I truly believe YOU have to find what works best for YOUR body.

At 39 years of age, I FINALLY found a way of eating that works for me.

It’s never too late.


The Basics

Protein – As someone who is extremely active – Peloton, Strength Training, CrossFit, Olympic Lifting – I need to make sure I’m consuming enough protein to support muscle growth.

Amounts – The recipes you see below will not contain specific measurements for ingredients.

Macro Breakdown – If you are in the world of fitness, I guarantee you have learned even the smallest amount of information about Macronutrients. That being said, I have not counted calories or macros since beginning my plant-based journey.
